If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once a parcel is in the carrier network.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect it from a pickup point), we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Any additional shipping cost for reshipping to a corrected address may be payable by the buyer.
